2017 Classic Results

It was a long drive, but Brien Sheep are home again, not even two flat tires in Northern Ontario could stop us.

A big thank you to all of our buyers and bidders from the sale, to the committee who did a great job organizing and to anyone who stopped by to chat by our pens or around the barn.

The show was a great success for us, topping it off with the Supreme Champion Ewe that came with a shiny new belt buckle!

It is very gratifying to see that our breeding program is accepted by breeders across the country.

Supreme Champion ewe MBK 61D, thank you to Emma Rand of Nova Scotia for buying her.

Champion Dorset Ram was MBK 52D; sold to Andy Pittman, Alberta.

Brien Sheep also receive the ribbon for Champion Dorset flock.

Thank you to our the buyers of our other sheep as well: Owen Dalton (Ontario), David Mastine (Quebec) and Jeremy & Christine Tilleman (Alberta).

We would also like to thank everyone who helped us get to Alberta, and show our sheep: Hugh and Keith Todd, Mark Campbell, Sydney Fox, Sean and Deena McBrien and Chris Decaire for taking care of the sheep at home while we were away.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the 2018 Classic in Truro, Nova Scotia.
